Wellen Park – Attune to your preference style and lifestyle

Wellen Park is the next up and coming community that everyone is excited about! Located at the south side of Venice and next to North Port – Wellen Park is the next best place to be in Paradise. It’s so wonderful that even my own family have decided to root in the area.

What is so awesome about it?

Well first of all – I’m not much of a gated community type of person until I moved into one. We currently live in the known community of Gran Paradiso! I must say WOW it is pretty darn GRAND. My kids just absolutely love it here as well. Plenty of small and large families with kids in the community. You will see many of the kids scooting around the neighborhood with their golf carts picking one another up to spend the day with them. My family decided to buy a home in Oasis and it is currently under construction.

I could go on about how impressed I am with the many communities but I must explain how great Wellen Parks future looks. With 15 communities in the plans – you will be able to find plenty of opportunities to get into a home. 15 min away from the nearest beach and lets not forget the beautiful small town of Venice on the island that everyone just loves.

Venice Highschool is known as one of the best highschools in the state – and just down the road is the State College of Florida.
